The Letting process

Step 1
Arrange a valuation
Book a valuation to discuss your requirements and the rent you can expect to achieve. At Wright Marshall we're always honest and realistic with our figures to ensure your void periods are kept to a minimum.

Step 2
Property preparation & marketing
Make sure your property is presented in the best possible light, then let us help you with the marketing. We will place a 'to let' board outside and taken numerous internal and external photos to give us the best chance of finding the right tenant.

Step 3
Securing a let
We'll source the right tenants for your requirements and carry out the viewings for you. If they want to rent your property, we'll take care of the whole process for you.

Step 4
Tenancy progression
We'll prioritise the progression of your tenancies to make the whole thing as stress free as possible. Comprehensive references will be undertaken and we help the tenants proceed and chase any other parties on your behalf.

Step 5
Move in day
We'll provide your tenants with written copies of all the tenancy information, the required certificates and the How to Rent guide. Once that's done and dusted, they will leave our office with the keys.

Pounds in your pocket
We will keep on top of any maintenance and deal with any issues arising — this will be done promptly. Other than that, sit back and enjoy while we take the hassle out of management for you.
