Register with us
Sign up with your details to let us know that you're interested in finding a place to rent. We'll be in touch shortly to get the ball rolling.

Discuss your requirements
Let us know what you're looking for and we'll see what properties we have to suit you. If you're fairly flexible, great!

Time to get viewing
Book viewings at properties that catch your eye and choose time slots that suit your schedule. Do consider however that some properties already have tenants in them, so we'll need to work around their schedule too.

Applying & agreeing the let
Once you find 'the one', there'll be an application form to fill in and reference checks to complete. We'll make the entire process as quick and easy as possible, at every stage.

Tenancy progression
We'll follow up on your references, chase anyone that needs chasing and liaise with the landlord on your behalf. Our input will make your move a whole lot less stressful.

Key collection & move in day
Pack your bags and pick up your keys! We'll run you through some final paperwork to make sure we're all on the same page. Once everything is sorted, you'll leave our office with your keys!
