We'll then match up all the properties that we have that fit your mould and then carefully listen to your feedback so that we can continue to understand what ticks all your boxes.

Once we have a clear understanding of what you're looking for, we'll draw up a list of properties that match your criteria and keep you updated with future instructions. We can send you details of these by text message, email or post — whichever works best for you.

There are so many finance options available nowadays. Our advisors can give you transparent and independent advice on the best options for you. This could be the best cost saving 15-minute phone call you ever make!

The viewing process
In today's environment, a good first step is to look at the properties we have selected for you online. Many of our properties now have 'virtual viewings' so you can 'walk around' prospective properties from the comfort of your armchair. Once you have worked out your short list, we can arrange for internal viewings in a safe manner.

You've found your dream home!
Great news! Now its time to speak to us and make an offer, we'll negotiate between both parties and help get the sale agreed.

The legal process
We are here to help every step of the journey. The first two steps are sorting your finance and instructing a solicitor and we can help you with both of those.

Exchange, complete and keys
We'll keep you in touch throughout the legal process and before you know it, we'll be meeting you at your new home with a bottle of fizz and your new keys.
